Many of the Havayahniks said today was the best day ever! Throughout the week, each class prepared American, Israeli, and Ukrainian songs or dances.

And this afternoon was the time for the children to shine. The dancing and presentations were awesome – it is such a special day not only for the children but for the teen leaders as well, as they watch all of their hard work pay off, watching their campers up on stage.

The camp-wide celebration was filled with ruach, happiness and yet some disappointment that the week in Dnepropetrovsk has ended – so quickly!
After the celebration and "thank-you’s" to the community, Havayah teens were able to spend a few minutes saying goodbye to their classes.
The teen wrap-up back at the hotel was also very good. The staff received feedback from the teens, who made great suggestions for future Havayah programs.
El Al flight 656 leaves Dnepropetrovsk at 11:25pm and is scheduled to arrive in Israel at 2:20am. The group will stay at the dorms at Beit Rutenberg tonight.
This is not goodbye to our friends in Dnepropetrovsk, it is l’Hitraot – see you soon!
